Ballesteros-Villarreal
Founder
Oscar leads acquisitions, underwriting and investor relations. He has underwritten retail, multifamily and development deals and has worked them from lease abstraction and estoppel review through diligence and closing.
He holds a BBA in Finance from St. Edward's University and works with partners in English and Spanish.
